All Signs
This is one of the most romantic weeks of the year. Not only will we celebrate Valentine's Day but on Friday the 18th, the only the Full Moon in Leo all year will take place, and Leo is the sign of love affairs, romance and all things impossibly dramatic. And what is more impossibly dramatic than love? It's the one topic that stymies even the most urbane, educated, sophisticate. It causes the tough, experienced and savvy to blush, hesitate, or be completely flummoxed. Why? Where do our brains and common sense go when we're in love? This week is full of the attendant confusion and illusion that accompany this sweet blur, but I will always be a sucker for romance. I mean, hey, are you going to tell me that a kiss is the juxtaposition of two orbicularisoris muscles in the state of contraction? (I don't think so.)
Aries (March 21-April 19)
A popular time! Many of you are competitive in group situations - sports, politics or your work. Plus a lot is going on behind the scenes. More than a few of you are making secret plans and you're involved in secret trysts. (Oh my, oh my.) Now that Jupiter is in your sign, your confidence is soaring! Sound like you're ready to dip your toes in the water? Nevertheless, those of you who have been in long-term relationships are facing challenges. (Sorry to go on about this.) A relationship or flirtation with a boss or someone older, richer or worldlier might take place now. Others want your creative input on things. A busy week!
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Get ready for a popular month! Actually, the next six weeks will be a whirl of activities, meetings, classes, group activities and get-togethers with friends and acquaintances. Travel for pleasure will appeal to many. You'll enjoy this increased popularity because it gives you a chance to use others as a sounding board. Why? Because this is perhaps the best month all year for you to think about your dreams and hopes for the future, and how you can make them a reality in your life. Bounce your ideas off others. Hear what their feedback is. They might have good ideas or tips or warnings. Never hurts to do a little research.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
In the next six weeks, the Sun is slowly crossing the top of your chart and this acts like a spotlight on you. This is why others notice you more than usual, especially parents, teachers, bosses and authority figures. (By the way, this also includes the police - heads up.) The good news is this great lighting makes you look fabulous in their eyes. This is why you can expect to be offered increased responsibilities. Just say yes because you won't have to do anything special to get their applause. Meanwhile, romance is tender and sweet. Plus gifts, goodies and favours come your way! Lucky you. Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Feeling restless? All dressed up and no place to go? In the month ahead, you are definitely looking for adventure, thrills, and something new and different. You're hungry for change. You also want to learn something new. You want to be stimulated by exciting new places and provocative ideas. It's a great time to take a class or go back to school or to study anything. It's also a wonderful time to travel. Traditionally, you're not a casual traveller. You travel for a reason. Therefore, quite probably, many of you will have a reason to travel in the next month. Intimate relations will be passionate and memorable.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
Your need for rest will decrease now. (Not that you won't delight in sleeping in.) But your choices lately - diet, exercise and rest - have made you feel stronger and healthier. This is good because your gonads are in overdrive and many of you are going to be much more sexually active. Woo-woo! Your partner should know that no matter how you protest or pretend to dismiss valentines - you love the whole nine yards. You like recognition, attention, flowers, champagne, gifts and invitations. You are the stuff of movies. However, underlying all this sexual passion is an increased desire to prove yourself or become a better person.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Very shortly, there'll be four planets directly opposite your sign. This opposition can make you more tired than usual, which means you need more sleep. It can also make you feel that others are opposing you. That's why you might feel easily annoyed with partners and close friends. Don't question whether there's something wrong with you or not because suddenly, you don't like your friends. This will pass. It's a fleeting dark cloud on your horizon but you will need to be patient until well into April. (Whaaat?) Hey - this is no biggie. Keep smiling because in the next eight months, gifts, goodies and favours are coming your way.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
You'll work hard in the next six weeks. You have high standards right now. You're trying to be all things to all people and do it perfectly. Plus, you're on a health kick as well! (You're probably juicing.) Most Librans are not that crazy about exercise -- you believe that outdoors is where the car is. (But if you have Sagittarius or Aries or perhaps another sign in your chart that overcomes your Libra desire for a good table at a good restaurant, then you actually will get out and huff and puff a bit.) Basically, you're on a self-improvement kick, which even extends to your home. This is why some of you are redecorating or buying goodies to tweak your digs. You want it all.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Your life will improve in the next six weeks because the Sun, Mercury, Mars and Uranus are all going to be in your fellow Water Sign. This means these planets fit very nicely with your Scorpio Sun, which is also a Water Sign. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Venus and Pluto are in a different sign but they're beautifully positioned as well. Gosh. That's why your life will become more fun-loving, flirtatious, and interesting! Communications with others will be graceful and charming. You can make money talking, writing, selling, marketing, teaching and acting. Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

No matter what happens at home, you will need some time alone to cogitate, ruminate, and meditate.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
A busy month! Short trips, increased reading, writing and studying, buying and selling, and wheeling and dealing keep you on the run. Many of you are involved with siblings. This is a good month for you to buy wardrobe items because you like what you see in the mirror. In addition, because it's so easy to be diplomatic and gracious with others, this is a good time to mend broken fences. Conversations with others will stimulate you. You need to get out and learn new things and meet new people. You also have a strong desire to enlighten others about something now. This can be a fascinating time for you, especially if you let new knowledge and new acquaintances into your life.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
