Don't worry if you're sidetracked with daydreams, or a lackadaisical attitude, or you want to take a long lunch, or better yet -- you want to play hooky all day. You need a mental health day. The problem is -- everybody notices you right now! (Oops.)

Do something different to shake up your routine. Go some place you've never been to before. Meet new people. Explore new subjects. Discuss politics, religion, metaphysics, and voodoo. It's Friday, and you feel the need for some thrills and adventure!
